Sans eux notre squelette ne tient pas. <br>En effet, ces fascias sont le syst\u00e8me qui interconnecte tous les syst\u00e8mes : nerveux, immunitaire, hormonal, lymphatique, visc\u00e9ral&#8230; Sans fascias, rien ne fonctionnerait, il n\u2019y aurait pas de vie possible. Leur texture visqueuse et aqueuse en fait un organe profond\u00e9ment transformable, mais leur immense qualit\u00e9 est aussi leur plus gros d\u00e9faut, et deviennent alors la source de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 importants lorsqu&rsquo;il perdent leur viscosit\u00e9, collent, s&rsquo;assechent, se fibrosent ou se densifient.
